Non-Custodial Sentencing Program
This is very new and not yet implemented in our country but considering the overcrowded jails that we have in our country, prisons now overcrowded considering the number of crises that our country Cameroon is grabbling with, we will continue to advocate for and improvement on the entire criminal law system to be reviewed with the introduction of noncustodial sentencing being introduced.
