Our organization helps ex-convicts and ex-combatants reintegrate into society through professional guidance and support programs

Non-Custodial Sentencing
Overcrowded jails highlight the urgent need for new, unimplemented solutions to address the ongoing prison crisis.

Crime Prevention
PCOC uses prison documentaries to educate the public, deter crime, and prevent imprisonment through advocacy and awareness.

Human Rights
We advocate for inmates' human rights, promoting UN conventions against torture and mistreatment in detention, including CAT and OPCAT.
