PRISON CHECK ORGANIZATION CAMEROON with acronym PCOC,  is a non-profit and apolitical non- governmental organization created under Law No. 90/053 of December 19th 1990 relating to the freedom of Association with registration No 790/G.37/C84/VOL1/A3/SAAJP
